Honestly, i doubt it would change much. They need a COMPLETE. Overhaul on how to live. Having casts that dictate how lower casts live is a recipie for a revolt at somepoint. Its just a form of authoritarian life. But thats just my take on it. Im no expert on governments. Im just a 'commoner' in my country.
