My guess? the same way Scuvy is Responding now, no parent who cares would send children to a stranger's home (willingly).

But Scuvener also isn’t the only Shyharta. He may disagree but there are three other Shyhartas who may have their opinions.
Which makes me wonder, if Scuvener agrees to the terms, how will the other three feel
