Well looks like Wind might just get out of this alive. :D
Just to let everyone know I'm off for a holiday very soon! YaY! There will be a update next week but I won't be able to reply to any comments.

That would be a Cryset spotlight story. He's kind of hinted at here and there. In the first page of Saluna's spotlight one of the Jackels mentions that he's experimenting on the 'magic uses creations', which is Cryset. Lashar almost wiped them all out before he kind of disappeared. Lagustin was the one to broker peace with them by taking their leaders first born as 'insurance'. :D He still lives with the wolven, but doesn't make an appearance in this story.

With Threan there I was never worried about Wind. I wasn’t wanting to spoil any tension on previous pages though.
The real chill down my spine is those gun shots.
