That is an interesting question with no short answer. :D All dragons regardless of element have the respect of the Foxcieans. Wind dragons are known for the mischievous side and their somewhat distaste for 'protocol'. (Something that has passed onto their mortal elements the Wind Foxcieans) So many people are somewhat lax in adhering to protocol when dealing with them. Their behavior changes drastically around other dragons of other elements.
Fex is a stickler for protocol regardless of who he is speaking to. He doesn't see himself as socially awkward. He does prefer the company of books to people because they are so much less tiresome to deal with. He's not much of a fan of emotion, not when the world is full of facts. There has only been one person to break through that shell and she was killed. (This is linked to why he has the complete loyalty of the book keepers so I won't go into too much detail) Anyway I'll stop there I've waffled on enough! ^.^

he'd hate me then, i like a balance or order & anarchy, i would push his buttons till i've out stayed my welcome, or worse. im tend to make 'friends' rather than 'enemies' though. they say its my explosive personality.

Fex is very polite to wind dragons. Is that
because he respects their knowledge? Not behaviour
we're used to seeing from someone so socially awkward!
