I know! My school days would have been so much better if dragons were involved.
Each element is limited to their own element. So water Foxcieans cannot cast fire spells. They can however weave their magic together. eg: creating water that is always heated to a certain temperature. Unfortunately this is fast becoming a lost art.

XD atleast THIS dragon knows how to have fun, wish my lessons back in school were interupted like that.
as for the runes, can all spells be weaved by one weaver, or are they bared from other elements.
e.g. can a water foxcien weaved a fire spell.
