Lance probably not realising that he's posing in the second last panel...
Not all wolven live in the underground base, though the majority do for safety and the fact they tend to like to live in a close knit society. Forest wolven tend to be looked down upon as uneducated and backwards by those who were brought up in the base.

It's a general stereotype the wolven of the base have and isn't actually true. Many forest wolven look at the wolven of the base as beasts who enjoy warfare.
To become a healer they have to train and study extremely hard. Usually anyone wanting to be a healer first becomes a shadow who assists the healers. If their studies go well and they show potential a healer will personally start to assist and train them. If they manage to make healer then they can specialise in an area: disease, body, mind ect. A head healer (which is what Lincel is) is special because they are hand picked out of the ranks by the previous head healer for their general knowledge of all specialities and for their personality. They need to have strong leadership skills and don't take crap from anyone. This is important because they are essentially equal to the Reskee's in power. The Reskee line has a history of being aggressive and are not above using intimidation to get their own way.
So to cut a long explanation short (sorry! I can't help myself!) No she's not dumb, far from it. And she's going to start making waves very soon. :D

Either lance gets with our friend here and has to deal with Threan. or he dosent and has the healers and/or other wolven to deal with.
so in other words Lance is screwed either way. '^~^
That is if Threan is still around and not a pile of ash yet.

So if she's under-educated. how is she a "Healer". do they sit an exam or something?
