Fex doesn't get out of the undying library much so his people skills are dismal. No one outside of the Bookkeepers really knows how he manages to organise and run his element as smoothly as he does.
And yes he is right. Wind Foxcieans generally don't like rules very much, and won't have a second thought about ignoring them when is suits them. This habit only got worse when Scuvener took over as Shyharta of Wind.

heh heh, following ALL rules is a drag, best to have some fun and break some. bet I could really "crumple fex's pages". some books might accidentaly catch fire. love to see him mad.
would'nt be the first time i go too far. long story short, i made surikens outta some sheet metal in...lets just call it Woodshop. i underestamated my skills as the shurikens went into the metal roofing.
i got 2 weeks off school & they got a roof full of holes.

T-T if only could break the 4th wall and try.
The surikens was inspired by the naruto craze that was going on back then.
guess i take over after my mother with the whole "potassium down the sink, run the tap & watch the carnage". we are an "interesting" family to say the least.
